Our foot gel pads are a must for long days (and nights!) on your feet. Made of clear silicone, these comfy inserts are sticky on one side and washable/reusable. Simply save the plastic backing, wear, rinse, air dry, and replace the backing for safe keeping until you need them next. Combine these with our favorite anti-chafe balm and you'll be dancing the night away, pain free!
