Condition Standards

For details, please see our list below of items that we cannot accept due to our condition standards. We accept items in good, excellent or new with tags condition.

For Clothing:

• Large holes or tears
• Missing or broken zippers, hook and eye closures, snaps or buttons
• Split seams
• Large stains or water damage
• Heavy pilling on knitwear
• Undone hems
• Clothing with underarm stains
• Non professional alteration work

For Shoes:

• Broken buckles, closures or zippers
• Large amount of scuffing and wear on the bottom
• Rips or tears
• Missing heel caps
• Large amount of wear at the toe
• Discoloration or water damage

For Leather Goods:

• Large amounts of wear or staining inside the lining
• Broken zippers or closures
• Prominent discoloration or water damage
• Rips, tears, and split seams

Jewelry:

• Severe scratching or denting
• Loose or missing stones
• Broken clasp or closure
• Discoloration
