Neon Pink/Orange Party Dress | Refashioned

Made with an exceptionally fabulous, high-shine vintage satin - neon two-tone pink/orange -  this  dress has incredible natural structure, enhanced by Kate’s design engineering. The gathered panel running across the back adds volume keeping the dramatic A-line shape perfectly in place whilst the sculptural sleeves with their curved panel edges refract the light showing off the fabric in full glory. When worn with the extra-long matching skinny-scarf - tied in a bow behind the neck or simply looped - the dress can be converted to become a high-necked version of itself. 

Kate McGuire embraces her expert sewing skills and converts garments from their initial cut into something reimagined and one-of-a-kind. She redesigns a garment into a vibrant short puff-sleeved mini dress in a vibrant, pink hue, cut in a babydoll silhouette with a subtle pleated detail at either side of the skirt. Balance the standout energy of this playful piece and marry it to some frilly socks and a Mary Jane platform heel.
