Before you first use the Boob Tape, do a skin patch test. The best way to test is to use a small patch of tape under your breast or on any delicate skin. You are testing for redness, itching, or burning. If you experience any of these symptoms, do not use the Boob Tape. We suggest not wearing the tape for more than 10 hours. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. The Boob Tape is not intended for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or individuals who have sensitive or thin skin. When removing, slightly dampen the back of the tape with warm water where it meets the skin and gently peel off. The Boob Tape is single-use. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. One time Use.
