Allison Speer has established her name as the premier PR maven for all things luxury in San Francisco. The former Armani executive now runs her own firm, Allison Speer Public Relations, who has worked with the likes of luxury fashion houses like Andrew GN to Gucci. A portion of Allison's proceeds will be donated to California Pacific Medical Center.
