What does the word "Muse" mean to you?
The word Muse is the classic way of saying #inspo in its purest form. With infinite style inspiration at our fingertips, being called an actual Muse nowadays is all the more special.
Do you have any interesting insight about the trend cycle that you’ve learned as a buyer?
Fashion truly is cyclical. Every season we see nods to the different decades, but it always evolves, and there's always a new spin on things. My advice is to invest in pieces that you can style many different ways.
What’s one trend you think will last forever?
A great pair of denim, no question! Who cares what the trend is? Denim needs to compliment your figure, so find your best fit, invest in the perfect pair and wear them until they fall apart.
Name an emerging designer you think everyone should know about.
Nensi Dojaka. Her lingerie-inspired dresses empower you to flaunt your curves, whether you've got a little or a lot.
Can you name 3 staple items that almost feel like a daily uniform?
My "can't live withouts" are a pair of high-rise straight leg denim (I love anything upcycled), a tank that teeters on daytime inappropriate, and an oversized-but-not-too-exaggerated blazer. Also, I NEVER play it safe with the shoes!
